Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Imgezy. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Breach of this AUP is grounds for immediate termination, forfeiture of credits, and where applicable referral to law enforcement.

1. Strictly Prohibited Content

You must not upload, generate, request, or distribute any of the following through the Service:

1.1 Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualisation of minors

This is a zero-tolerance category. The following are prohibited regardless of style, fictionality, or framing:

• Photo-realistic, illustrated, anime, "loli", "shota", chibi, or any other depiction of a minor in a sexual, suggestive, or otherwise sexualised context;
• Prompts that include numeric ages under 18 in conjunction with nudity, undressing, sexual acts, or sexualised body descriptors;
• Prompts using terms such as "child", "kid", "young girl", "young boy", "schoolgirl", "preteen", "teen" together with nudity or sexual content;
• Any attempt to alter, age-down, or render an existing image of a minor in a sexual context;
• Any attempt to bypass these restrictions through coded language, transliteration, or non-English variants.

We report all suspected CSAM activity to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the UK National Crime Agency.

1.2 Sexually explicit and pornographic content

• Nudity, sexual acts, exposed genitalia, or sexually explicit imagery of any person;
• Erotic, fetish, or pornographic prompts;
• "Undress", "nudify", "remove clothes", "naked", "topless", or equivalent transformation requests targeting any image of a person;
• Sexually suggestive content depicting any person who has not consented to be depicted that way.

1.3 Non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes

• Generating sexual or intimate imagery of an identifiable real person without their explicit consent;
• Replacing the face or body of an identifiable real person with another body in a sexual context;
• Creating sexual or intimate imagery of celebrities, public figures, or any individual where consent cannot reasonably be established.

1.4 Identity-based deepfakes and impersonation

• Imagery designed to impersonate a real person for fraud, harassment, defamation, or to mislead viewers about that person's actions or statements;
• Forged identity documents, currency, or official documents;
• Imagery intended to bypass identity verification, KYC, or biometric checks.

1.5 Illegal, violent, or harmful content

• Imagery promoting, instructing, or facilitating violent extremism, terrorism, or hate against protected groups;
• Graphic depictions of real-world violence, gore, self-harm, or suicide intended to glorify or encourage such acts;
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Content that violates applicable law, including UK and EU online safety, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

2. Account Conduct

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits, evade enforcement, or circumvent rate limits;
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or system internals;
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

3. How We Enforce This Policy

• Automated moderation. Inputs (uploaded images and text prompts) and outputs (generated images) are checked against content moderation classifiers and keyword rules. Prompts that match high-risk patterns are blocked before generation.
• Manual review. We may review flagged sessions, retain audit metadata (account ID, hashed prompt, timestamps), and take enforcement action.
• Consequences. Violations may result in any of: prompt blocking, content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of credits without refund, and reporting to law enforcement.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content on Imgezy that violates this AUP — including content that you believe is illegal, depicts a minor, or uses your likeness without consent — please email us immediately:

• A description of the content;
• A URL or session ID, if available;
• Your contact details;
• For content depicting you, evidence of identity sufficient for us to verify your claim.

5. Updates

We may update this AUP as the Service and the threat landscape evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
